Antique English Charles I Oak Food Dole Pantry Cupboard, c 1630.
A simply divine and totally original solid oak livery food cupboard, dating from the Charles I period. English, solid oak with fantastic hand sawn markings on the timber. This piece could really tell a story!
Fielded panel sides, two smaller fielded doors reveal cupboard space along with two fitted frieze drawers, with original leather tongue handles. Two further larger fielded doors, reveal open space with original wooden hooks for game etc.
Overall colour is superb and untouched. Original iron hinges and escutcheons.
Disassembles into two sections for ease of installation. Very solid and sturdy.
