A handsome and impressive solid cherry wood French dresser sideboard, dating from the mid 19th century.

Scalloped apron plate rack, with seven shelves, carved gallery over planked deep top buffet base. Two frieze drawers with wooden escutcheons, over two double doors revealing fitted shelves. Original lock & key. 

This piece does break down into two sections for ease of assembly. 

Very solid & sturdy throughout, displaying genuine colour & patination commensurate with age.
