Antique Mahogany Desk Dressing Hall Console Table, c 1870
Excellent quality of cabinetmaking with this solid mahogany late Victorian desk dressing table, dating from the mid to late nineteenth century. Unusual carved and pierced gallery to the back and sides, well patinated plank top over central concealed frieze drawer. Flanked either side with two frieze drawers, turned knobs. Turned tapered legs. Good order throughout.
