A Museum quality example, antique oak Austrian Secessionist movement bookcase hall library cupboard, dating from the early 1900’s.
Attributed to Koloman Moser (1868-1918, Austria). Moser was an Austrian artist who exerted considerable influence on twentieth-century graphic art. He was one of the foremost artists of the Vienna Secession movement and a co-founder of the Wiener Werkstätte.
Exceptional inlaid pewter, mother of pearl and ebony detail throughout the piece, in the Secessionist manner.

Recessed panelled canopy, over two tall cupboard doors, bevelled glass.Central mirrored section over frieze drawer, over panelled cupboard door. The interior with a fitted shelf.

Stile feet. Truly exceptional example. One for the collectors.
