Antique Edwardian Oak Large Tambour Rolltop Bureau Desk, c 1930
Good quality example of a solid oak roll-top tambour desk, dating from the early 1900’s. Displaying excellent colour and patination throughout. Smooth tambour opening mechanism, open to reveal fitted interior, pigeonholes, secret drawers. Over two banks of frieze drawers, with central frieze drawer, in total eight drawers. Panelled sides and back. Castors to base. A fine example.
